Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of View Passion Co., Ltd.'s games (including Cat vs Cucumber), websites, and related consumer services ("Services"). Business and professional engagements — development services, publishing, licensing, co-marketing, creator collaborations, and investment — are governed by separate written agreements (e.g., MSAs/SOWs/term sheets) which prevail for those matters. By using the Services you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use them.

01Who can use the Services

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country). If under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. The Services are for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless we agree otherwise in writing.

02Your account

Some features require a profile or login via Google, Apple, or Facebook. You are responsible for your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for 180+ days or that violate these Terms.

03Virtual content

Games may include virtual currencies, items, characters, cosmetics, or passes. Virtual content is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no real-world value, and is licensed (not owned) to you. We may modify or remove it for balance, legal, or technical reasons.

04Purchases & subscriptions

Purchases are processed by the app stores under their billing and refund policies. Prices may include taxes and platform fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Once virtual content is delivered you waive any statutory withdrawal right except where law requires otherwise.

05Acceptable use

Do not: use bots, hacks, or exploits; harass, bully, or impersonate; upload illegal or harmful content; reverse-engineer or modify the Services; sell or trade accounts or assets; spam or disrupt others; or use the Services for commercial/advertising purposes without our consent. Violations may result in bans, resets, or legal action.

06User content & community

You are responsible for content you post. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free right to use them.

07Business & professional services

These consumer Terms do not grant any commercial, publishing, development, or licensing rights. Studios, brands, creators, publishers, and investors who want to work with us should contact us — these engagements are open and each is governed by its own signed agreement:

Publishing

Bringing a finished or in-development game to market — soft-launch to global launch and LiveOps.

Studio-for-hire & co-development

2D/3D art, full-game development, or co-development of a title with you.

Creator & influencer collaborations

Content partnerships with creators and influencers to make and distribute content together.

Co-marketing & user acquisition

UA and co-marketing partnerships to scale reach and run joint campaigns.

Investment

Capital partnerships to accelerate the roadmap.

Such engagements are governed by their own signed agreements (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, publishing or collaboration agreements, or term sheets), which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. Business contacts are handled per our Privacy Policy.

08Intellectual property

All game content — characters, names, art, music, code, and animation — belongs to View Passion or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit it without written permission. Press and brand assets may be provided for editorial/partnership use under separate guidelines.

09Third-party platforms

The Services rely on third parties (app stores, login and ad providers). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of those features.

10Availability & updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or a game at any time, including for maintenance or legal compliance. You agree to install required updates.

11Termination

You may stop using the Services anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, cheating, or malicious activity; you may lose progress, purchases, or virtual content without compensation.

12Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, data, or virtual content, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless mandatory local laws provide otherwise. Disputes may be resolved in Thai courts or as required by law.

14Changes & contact
